I finished this layout in just under 3 hours. It is a fairly basic Fluid design. I like it, I think it looks good, but that's my oppinion.

This layout is based off the anime: Air. I just woke up this morning and though "Blue Blue Blue" so this was the result. :P

I've been so busy lately, I haven't had time to make any layouts for people to download, so sad. But I forced the time on me today, so I kinda put my clients on hold for this layout.

No, this isn't the best layout in the world, but I like it, and I have seen worse. I think it looks very professional in a sense. However, it came out way darker than I originally wanted, but it's still very good.
