How much editing? 23 layers. And that was after I merged a mess of them. It was mostly the waves, though. I didn't use any brushes this time, either. 100% default Photoshop effects. I coded this from scratch, so it took me a while, but most of the time was spent editing the original image.
This design features Kasumi, but this screenshot is of her in Dead or Alive 2 Ultimate. Awesome graphics, really. Since her main oufit's in blue, I decided to make this layout blue/green/black, overall. I should use this color scheme again, sometime.
As always, the headers use <h1>, and keep your content in <p> tags so your text will always be properly aligned and colored. Don't touch the layout credits either.
